UCIE identifies and selects a group of professionals, either in-house or from the entrepreneurial ecosystem that has the experience and the capacity to mentor the incubated companies in technical and management/business areas. External mentors to incubated organizations in UCIE are generally successful entrepreneurs with valuable experience. These mentors are volunteers who provide their services for free, so the mentors offer great additional value to incubated companies.

UCIE organizes a network of local community, Departments of State Government, NGOs, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) by providing information about UCIE and its activities to build mutually enriching cooperation and growth of entrepreneurship in Uttarakhand region. This Entrepreneurial ecosystem will also establish contacts with other programs supporting business, data bases, foreign investors and export opportunities.
